    Shipping

    ChristalAccents.com   will usually process and ship your order the same or next business day (except special order and backordered items). Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    Christal Accents ;  will ship your order to you for FREE via USPS Priority Mail for very light or small items & or FedEx Ground within the 48 contiguous United States with $99.00 or more purchase.   Your order will be shipped via confirmed USPS First Class or Priority for small items and FedEx Ground for large orders and certain oversized items. Shipping time is normally 3-5 business days. USPS and FedEx will generally place your package in your mail box or at your door (local practices may differ) and scan a confirmation to Christal Accents that your package was delivered. You will receive a confirmation number when your order is shipped and you can view the status of your shipment at USPS.com or FedEx.com. If you want your package delivered with signature confirmation for $2.50, please indicate in message section of order form. ;
    We will gladly ship via another carrier or method. Please indicate your shipping method preference at checkout in message section. We will email you a shipping upgrade quote based on the difference between our normal carriers and your request.

    Free Shipping, if applicable, is by FedEx Ground Only (48 Continental United States). PO Boxes and APO & FPO address need to go through USPS (United States Postal Service) and, therefore, DO NOT qualify for free shipping.

    FREE Gift Wrap

    ChristalAccents.com provides you FREE gift wrapping when you are ordering a gift over $10.00.  (please select Gift Wrap during the checkout process). Pre-boxed items are wrapped in paper with ribbon and un-boxed items are wrapped in colored tissue and cellophane with ribbon. ; Gift wrap options are determined by occasion:

    • Birthday/General occasion -&Pink & Lime Confetti with ribbon
    • Baby - Baby Print (unisex) with ribbon
    • Wedding/Anniversary - White pearl with ribbon
    • Valentine's Day Print with ribbon
    • Male Gift wrap - Navy/Red Plaid with Ribbon
    • Christmas - Holiday wrap with ribbon
    • Hanukkah/ Judaic - Blue with gold or silver ribbon
    • We also include a gift card with a personalized message.

    Items costing $30.00 or more will be wrapped Deluxe Wrap including silks, picks and decor ; If you would like Deluxe wrap for an item less than $30.00, please indicate on message section of order page. ; $1.50-3.00 (size) will be added to your invoice.

  • ChristalAccents.com is pleased to offer you numerous payment options. You may pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check or Money Order. Credit card payment options are listed for you to select when you go through the online check out process. Simply select your desired payment method from the payment method drop down list when prompted.

  • Check or Money Order - To place an order paying by check or money order, please mail your check or money order to the address at the bottom of this page. Include a listing of the items with their ID Code that you wish to purchase. Include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If your order is being shipped to Texas, please include 8.125% sales tax in your total. If you pay by check, please allow 10 business days for check clearing before your order is processed.

    No Sales Tax

    ChristalAccents.com does not collect sales tax except for order shipping to Texas. Christal Accents ;ChristalAccents.comis located in Helotes, Texas and is required to collect 8.125% sales tax to customers placing orders to be shipped to a Texas address.

    Return Policy

    ChristalAccents.com
    offers only the best products in their product categories. We believe that you will be very satisfied with your products and the service you receive from us. We guarantee it.

    If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns for undamaged items within 7 days of the delivery date (holiday gift orders can be returned within 10 days of holiday) and we will refund your entire purchase price less our shipping expenses (since we offer FREE shipping, there is no deduction for shipping). We cannot accept return items that have been opened or used. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back to ChristalAccents.com in original packaging. Any Special Order Items are non-refundable. All returned items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

    ***To return an item, simply send an e-mail to ChristalAccents.com requesting a return. Any return sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted. . Holiday items and decor are non-refundable after the holiday. We will accept Jim Shore Santa's and angels if they have NOT been opened.

    Claims for Damages Policy
     

    1. We carefully inspect items before they are shipped. If any item you ordered suffered damage in transit, you must notify Christal Accents via email within 3 days of the delivery date. ;
      (holiday gifts within 10 days of holiday) 
    2. We will file the damage claim for you. ; FedEx will pick up your damaged item. It must be in the original box with all packing materials and the box FedEx delivered. ; We will notify you via email as to when FedEx will pick up via Damage Tag claim.
      Do NOT return a damaged item to Christal Accents. This will nullify the claim and void all return possibilities) FedEx must pick up from your delivery address
    3. On receipt of damaged items, (usually within 1-2 weeks), we will credit your card and notify you via email. ; It usually takes 48 hours before your bank card posts to your account to verify the return. ; We do not replace a damaged item unless it is re-ordered.
