| | PRE-ORDER InformationWhy should I pre-order merchandise? By pre-ordering now, you are reserving this merchandise to be shipped to you as soon as it is received. We fill pre-orders by the date the order was placed. You will be contacted if we cannot fill your pre-order. How do I pre-order items from Christal Accents? To pre-order merchandise, complete your order through our online ordering process, or call Customer Service at 210-372-0832. Please place orders for pre-order items separately from ready to ship items. You will be charged when the pre-ordered item(s) are held in your name and notified if there is an issue with the order. You will again be notified when item(s) are received and ready to ship to you. If we cannot reach you because of a change in any of your contact information e.g. email, phone, etc. we will cancel your order, refund your money, and go to the next order. If any information changes, please let us know. What if I have both pre-order items and in stock items on the same order? If you are placing an order for in-stock ready to ship items along with pre-order items, we will convert your order into two separate orders. We will ship the in stock items to you and bill your credit card along with appropriate shipping fees if order is less than $99.00. We will ship the pre-order items when they arrive and bill your credit card along with appropriate shipping fees if order is less than $99.00. Please note that there are sometimes delays in receiving new merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over. We will ship merchandise as soon as we receive it.
